If  your hair is exposure to daily pollution, the use of chemicals or an improper diet, as well as stress, it may show signs of being lifeless. Apple cider vinegar is a great way to get dry, brittle hair back on track, while giving relief from itchy scalp. The apple cider vinegar hair rinse is an old-age remedy, cleanses your hair and restore the lost shine. Did you know that it helps stimulate hair follicles which helps in growth of healthy hair. It's a great solution for treating dandruff related problems and retaining the pH level of your hair. Acidity is measured by the pH level of the bodily fluids. This work on natural, relaxed or transitioned hair. Let me list a few benefits and uses:

For Hair Care
Wash your hair. Rinse. Conditioning is optional. Some omit the conditioner step and use the (ACV) apple cider vinegar rinse instead. To make the rinse, mix  2-3 Tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar per 3-4 cups of spring/bottle water. Leave on hair 5-10 mins. then rinse (you may do little to no rinse and let dry). Can be used every time you wash or whenever needed. It can improve hairs quality and aid in shine.

For Hair Dandruff
Using ACV rinse, but also add 1oz Olive Oil, 1 egg, and 1 Tbsp of lemon juice. Mix all ingredients well. Apply to scalp and place a towel or plastic cap on hair for 15 mins. Comb through for even distribution then wash with luke warm water. Repeating this regularly will reduce dandruff and help against thinning hair.

For Hair Growth
If there is lack of nourishment and unhealthy scalp then there is hair loss. Adding 10 drops of sage to ACV rinse will promote hair growth and help against  hair loss. You can leave this mixture on hair for 30 mins. Rinse with water.
