This is an open question with many variables depending on who you ask. The misconception is that men only want one thing, lol. In fact, men do look for other qualities in a woman. Although, there are men who date the same type of woman, same physical features and so on. Here are some of their other preference.
Personality
Her conduct in character. He looks to see if it matches his personality. The connection of the two parties have to be in sync. Men also look for someone who, if he's really into her, he can take around his friends. When a man is in a good space with a woman, he will not hesistate to introduce her to his mother.
Good Sense of Humor
Men love when women laugh at their jokes, as well as let loose, not being too uptight or stuffy. A man may look at a woman taking herself too serious as being too dry for his liking. Easy going is what most men like.
Confidence
Men find positive women who's certain about her decisions or actions very attractive. She's in her own skin and owning it.
Understanding/Caring
By nature, women seem to voluntarily show this trait and men are drawn to this. Most men don't get this warm reaction from their fellow male buddy. So, matters of the heart normally are loaded onto a woman. Depending on the subject...men do talk to their buddies about certain things as well.
Intelligence
Book smarts, well-rounded balance and achievements. He can have an intellectual conversation on many levels. Learning from one another attracts interest, which can be a turn on.
Sex appeal
This can range in many categories. It may be a woman's smile, walk, hair, voice etc. Since men are visual creatures, being able to attract and hold their attention is key, but any trait on this list can embody sex appeal.
Trustworthy
Men love women who they can trust, across the board, about anything. A man will open up more when he feels most comfortable. Men hold value in a woman who is dependable, responsible and supportive. On the flip side, if you break this then most feel betrayed, which is something they take to heart.
Again, there are many other features and criteria men use when it comes to their attraction to women. I've only touched on general things but, there are some who borders more on the bizarre and abnormal side. While some women would run for the border fast, others are similar and welcome the wild and unknown. Remember there's always someone out there for you. So when meeting a guy be yourself and listen well. I'm sure he will mention what he likes about you and his body language is always key.
