EVENTS: WALK FASHION SHOW

Over the weekend models rip the catwalk showcasing many designer’s fashions from all walks of life (no pun intended, lol). W.ALK Fashion Show presents great shows from city to city, next stop: Atlanta. Take a peek at what went down.

Backstage glam squads worked fiercely beating faces as the DJ spun sounds upon the crowd’s arrival.

 

Meanwhile energetic chatter from designers, models and production staff filled another backstage area prior to the show. Once the show got underway models channeled their inner ‘Sasha Fierce’ and ‘Tyson Beckford’….oh and some of their walks, yeah THEY DID THAT!

Let the show begin.

Don’t let the cute face fool ya, these mini models meant business. Capturing the audience with their intense walk; randomly taking a couple steps back, paused and twirled. Got to love the kids.

The men also came to represent the designers well.

These one-piece jumpsuits and dress were very cute and I love the vibrant color choices. There were many great looks and so much style inspiration for any fashionista.

Shout out to the Walk’s Fashion Show Producer Daishawn Franklin and his team who did an excellent job. I truly enjoyed our conversation. I didn’t cover everything in this post but may give a part 2 mini recap with video as well, so be on the lookout for it.
